Proposal Terms & Pricing

Duration of Engagement

  • Our proposed marketing engagement is structured for a minimum duration of 12 months, or when all homes are sold out, to ensure sufficient time for strategy implementation, campaign optimization, and results tracking.

Setup Fee and Onboarding Process

  • The setup fee covers the creation of executive summaries, development of the multi-video series, production of short-form video ads, creation of ad campaigns, and crafting of marketing messaging, including email content.

  • The initial onboarding setup cost for this comprehensive package is $15,000.

  • Additionally, a $5,000 advertising budget will be allocated to kickstart promotional efforts and generate immediate visibility for the campaign.

Monthly Fee

  • Following the setup phase, there will be a recurring monthly fee to sustain ongoing marketing efforts, including campaign management, content creation, performance monitoring, and optimization.

  • The monthly fee for the subsequent months will be $5,000-$7,500 as we roll out geofencing ads.

Sales Commission Structure

  • Buyer Aggregation and Legal Fee: 12% of the property value, paid at closing from co-ownership sales sold, to Lifestyle Asset Group/Luxury Shares. The developer's real estate agents receive their standard listing commissions and any buyer agents who bring co-owners to the group will get paid 2.5% - 3% of the share price at closing,
